Community fun days, bonfires and summer fetes provide an ideal setting for creative sessions. Let your children work with us to produce a Play in a Day to share with the rest of the community at the end of your event. Or let us devise a shorter session, allowing the youngsters to develop communication, cooperation and creative thinking skills while having fun and making new friends.

Autumn 2009 saw the birth of Next Generation Arts, a not-for-profit creative venture for the Jewish Youth of Leeds.

This three month project was an opportunity for children from year 1 up to year 8 to work collaboratively on a production, meeting once or twice weekly for workshops and rehearsals. The end product was a great success and this year’s show is already underway, with an even bigger cast.

Whether you run the local community centre or you’re hosting an event for something special, if you’re looking for inspiration, look no further. Contact us and let us do the thinking for you – we’ll find a way to MAKE DRAMA WORK in your community.
